1. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once a completed booking form has been received and full payment has been made. A written booking confirmation will be issued and constitutes acceptance of these terms. 2. Course Fees and Payment All course prices are set by Mental Health England and are non-negotiable. Full payment is required at the point of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Places will not be reserved until payment has been received. Where invoicing has been agreed, payment must be made within the stated timeframe. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and release of the place(s). 3. Cancellations by the Client All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course date will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date, or non-attendance on the day, will be charged at 100% of the course fee. Participant substitutions may be accepted at no additional cost, provided notice is given in advance and eligibility requirements are met. 4. Course Materials and Non-Attendance Any course materials provided (including manuals, workbooks, or digital resources) remain the property of the provider unless otherwise stated. In the event of non-attendance, participants may be required to return physical course materials within 7 days of the scheduled course date. Failure to return materials, or returning them in a damaged condition, may result in a charge to cover replacement or licensing costs. Access to digital materials may be withdrawn. 5. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made in writing. One reschedule may be offered without charge if requested at least 7 days before the course date. Requests made within 7 days may be treated as a cancellation. 6. Cancellations by the Provider If a course is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date. No liability is accepted for additional costs incurred. 7. Attendance Participants are expected to attend the full course. Certificates may not be issued if required hours are not completed. 8. Exceptional Circumstances Requests for consideration outside this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
