Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all training courses and services booked with us and should be read alongside our Booking and Cancellation Policy.

1. Course Fees
All course prices are set by Mental Health England and are non-negotiable. Fees cover course delivery, licensed materials, administration, and quality assurance.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with the notice period provided:
-
14 days or more’ notice before the scheduled course date:
A full refund will be issued or, where preferred, the booking may be transferred to a future course date (subject to availability). -
7–13 days’ notice before the scheduled course date:
A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued. -
Less than 7 days’ notice before the scheduled course date, or failure to attend on the day:
No refund will be issued.
3. Non-Attendance
No refunds are provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure. Where course materials have been issued in advance, participants may be required to return physical materials within 7 days of the scheduled course date. Failure to return materials, or returning them in a damaged condition, may result in a charge to cover replacement or licensing costs.
4. Course Materials
Where licensed course materials (including manuals, workbooks, or digital resources) have been issued, refunds may be adjusted or withheld to reflect the cost of materials that cannot be reused or reissued. Access to digital materials may be withdrawn if a participant does not attend.
5. Cancellations by the Provider
If a course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date. We do not accept liability for any additional costs incurred.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 14 working days.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for refunds outside of this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, and may require supporting evidence.
